Opened in 1993 by Chef Yoshiharu Fujio, who has more than 50 years of experience in French pastries. It features a lineup of more than 200 varieties, from baked goods to viennoiseries. We invite you to experience the skills of Chef Fujio, who has contributed to the development of the confectionery industry by giving lectures in Japan and abroad.
2. Maison de Petit Fours
A bakery specializing in baked goods opened in 1990 by Chef Yukio Nishino. It attracted attention for its "no showcase" store style, which was rare at the time. He is a pioneer in spreading the "baked confectionery culture" in Japan by utilizing his experience in France.
3. La Vieille France
Chef Shigekatsu Kimura's store focuses on French regional pastries. Drawing on his experience from his training in France, he offers sweets with a simple yet rich flavor. A wide range of products are available, including baked tarts, chocolates, and macaroons.

Minimal, a specialty chocolate store from Shibuya, opens its first store at Ginza Mitsukoshi.
