The owner, Akari Mama, came from "THIRD FLOOR," a well-known club in Ginza. After graduating from Rikkyo University, she had a spectacular career working for a securities company, and has infused the club with a casual atmosphere that evokes a new era while preserving the good old traditions of Ginza.
