Owners and History

The founder is Tamotsu Yamada, who started his career at the long-established and famous Ginza restaurant "Club Maiko" and later served as president of "Club Gure" for about 20 years. Together with Mama Kumiko Mitsuyasu, the founder of "Gure", he supported the golden age of Ginza's first-class establishments at that time. 2023 marks the ninth anniversary of the establishment, and it is regarded as a first-class establishment that is recognized by all in Ginza.
